Beat the Streets has been awarded a two-year Ontario Trillium Foundation Grow Grant to expand girls’ wrestling and leadership programming to Thunder Bay – creating new pathways for 400 girls to build confidence, skills, and belonging through sport.

Beat the Streets is honoured and grateful to be an Ontario Trillium Foundation Capital Grant Recipient. Their support will enable us to buy more mats and serve even more youth through wrestling after-school programs.

We recently celebrated the incredible support of the Ontario Trillium Foundation with a special recognition event alongside MPP Rudy Cuzzetto. Their investment helped us build the invisible infrastructure behind our impact.

Wrestle 4 Fun starts off the school year at Flemington Public School. Learn how this OTF-funded program is using wrestling to make more children active and check out pictures from our first day.

With the support of the Ontario Trillium Foundation, this year, we will introduce 5,000 low-income children to the sport of wrestling while engaging them in fun games to build social-emotional skills.
