Established in 1997, the OCGA is a not-for-profit representing our membership base of almost 2,000 Ontario charities and non-profits, advocating on their behalf for new products, technology and regulatory change in the charitable gaming industry. Our members rely on us to provide support and advocacy for the charitable gaming programs that generate important funding for registered charities and not-for-profits across Ontario.

Through our successful partnerships with Ontario Lottery and Gaming, Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, private sector operators and suppliers, municipalities and various Ministries in the provincial government, we:

​Work with Alcohol and Gaming Commission Ontario to make regulatory changes that offer better fundraising opportunities for charities and non-profits

• Work with Ontario Lottery and Gaming to develop and support the cGaming initiative, a province-wide expansion to introduce technology to traditional charitable bingo centres

• Promote public awareness of the important role charitable gaming plays in generating vital funds for Ontario charities and non-profits

• Provide educational opportunities for charities and not-for-profits
