Hello everyone!
My name is Dilshan and this is my first year working at Beat the Streets. For my first year working here my position will be a fundraising assistant. I'm so excited to organize events and learn how to write and apply for grants. I am currently 16 and going into my last year of high school. My main passions include cooking, playing sports, and also teaching in certain sports. I am most excited to make a difference in the lives of underprivileged children by giving them the opportunity to play sports and learn physical literacy.
I would like to give Canada Summer Jobs a big thank you for giving me the opportunity to work here at Beat the Streets!
